The Hyper Fight Club program at Ted Turgeon's Martial Arts is designed to help you get in shape through work outs that can be scaled to your current fitness level. This class is great for beginners all the way up to black belts! No martial arts experience is required.
Our instructors will take you through 6 weeks of fun fitness and martial arts training, with an optional sparring segment each week. Martial arts training is a great way to get in shape, learn self-defense, and relieve stress.

Pricing and Schedule
This a 6 week long fitness course. The cost is $79.00, and includes gloves, a t-shirt, and 6 weeks of training!
Sessions begin Monday, June 26 and end Wednesday, August 2.
You are not required to have any martial arts training to join... we will teach you everything you need to know in our Intro to Martial Arts Session!
This class is for 16 year olds and up.
